Free to start. Pro for the comments and reports.

Everything you record stays free, with no time limit. Pro shortens the longest job of the term, the end-of-term comments: lines drafted for every student at once, the whole class's comments in one document, a progress card per student.

How Pro works

Free stays free
If Pro ends, your records and every free feature stay exactly as they are.
One key, one computer
One Pro key works on one computer at a time. Removing it there frees the key for another computer. Teach from two computers? Ask us and we allow a second. Each computer keeps its own records. Nothing syncs. Move records with a backup and restore.
Renewing and cancelling
Both plans renew automatically on the same day each month or year, until you cancel. Cancel any time from the “manage or cancel your subscription” link that Stripe provides, or by emailing [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal. Pro keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then the key is switched off, and nothing is charged after you cancel. The key comes by email after the first payment and does not change at renewal. Your records and the free version are never affected.
Offline, and after a subscription ends
Pro works offline, including the first time the key is added. The key needs to reach Muraqib's server at least once every 30 days; if it cannot, the paid documents pause until it does, and nothing you recorded is affected. When a subscription ends, saved Pro documents stay open and printable; new Pro documents and drafted lines beyond the free 5 students stop.
Updates for everyone
Free and Pro get the same updates, inside the app.

How to buy

Subscribe monthly — AED 49.99 a monthSubscribe yearly — AED 149.99 a year

  1. Pay by card on Stripe's checkout page. The subscription renews automatically until you cancel.

  2. Your licence key arrives by email within 24 hours of the first payment, and keeps working at every renewal.

  3. Paste it in Settings → Licence, and the paid documents unlock on this computer.

Prefer to pay another way? Email us at [email protected].

Prices include VAT where it applies. To cancel, use the “manage or cancel your subscription” link that Stripe provides, or email us: it stops the next renewal.

A first purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days, with no reason needed, and so can a renewal you had meant to cancel, if you have not used Pro since it. Read the refund policy

What happens if I change computers?

Export everything on the old computer, install Muraqib on the new one and restore that file. If you have Pro, remove the key on the old computer and add it on the new one.

How does Muraqib Pro work?

Muraqib is free to start and has no time limit. Muraqib Pro adds comment lines drafted for every student, five saved report types and the weekly lesson plan. Pro is a subscription: AED 49.99 a month or AED 149.99 a year, paid by card on a Stripe checkout page. It renews automatically on the same day each month or year until you cancel, and you can cancel at any time (see “How do I cancel Muraqib Pro?”). The key comes by email after the first payment and does not change at renewal. It is added in Settings and works on one computer at a time; a second can be allowed on request. Each computer keeps its own records. Nothing syncs. Move records with a backup and restore.

How do I cancel Muraqib Pro?

Use the “manage or cancel your subscription” link that Stripe provides, or email [email protected]. Cancelling stops the next renewal; Pro keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, then the key is switched off, and nothing is charged after that. A first purchase can be refunded in full within 7 days, and so can a renewal you had meant to cancel, if you have not used Pro since it; see the refund policy. Your records and the free version are never affected. Manage or cancel your subscription: open the subscription page on Stripe.

What stays free?

Everything you record yourself, for good: students, marks, attendance, notes, seating, support plans, analytics, exports, backups, the family report, the attendance notice, the leadership Excel file, comment drafts for 5 students each term, and your first 10 saved reports. The weekly lesson plan is part of Pro.

Will I receive updates?

Yes. The app checks for new versions and installs them when you agree. Updates are the same for Free and Pro.
